Wonderful Sushi all the way around!  Small atmosphere and rolls were perfect.  I had the Sashimi Dinner and Spicy Salmon Roll, and added Seaweed Salad and it was flavorful and I could tell it was fresh made!

Seated right away during lunch. It is quiet and intimate inside with probably no more than 10-12 tables in the whole restaurant. I ordered the lunch hibachi with steak and shrimp. She asked how I wanted the steak prepared, and I asked for rare. The clear soup and salad that accompany the lunch dishes were brought out right away. The soup doesn't have any flavor to it, but lots of ground black pepper. The salad dressing tasted more like mayonnaise than ginger. The steak and shrimp hibachi did come out cooked perfectly, although the steak was really chewy and the shrimp was slightly fishy in flavor. The overall flavor was pretty lacking. Even with lots of ginger and yum sauce. It is convenient to where I stay when I visit the area, so I wanted to like it, but it was just ok.

I stopped by here for lunch as it was across the street from where I was attending a professional development seminar. I already had it bookmarked but I'm not sure if someone recommended it or if I just randomly wanted to go here but I'm glad I got the chance to come!

This is a pretty cute little place on a strip of a bunch of other food joints. It has a tiny little bar where you can sit and eat sushi and then some tables and booths. It's not a lot of space so I wouldn't want to bring a huge group here without calling ahead first to make sure there's room.

My friend who attended the seminar with me decided to join me and split everything. She is allergic to mayo so we got ours on the side. It worked out just fine because I hadn't read closely enough and one of the rolls had originally come with wasabi mayo! I really dislike the taste of wasabi so I know if I get that again I'll have to ask for it to be left off. The only bummer was the fact that the guy brought out all the sauces together in two containers rather than one sauce per container. It definitely saved space but the wasabi one took over the other sauce that I really wanted. Oh well, it was still good.

We got the Fire Roll and the Hawaii Roll and they were both pretty good. We also got chicken fried rice and I liked it a lot! There's an option where you can get a smaller portion of regular fried rice for less but we ended up going for the normal portion and splitting it. The two rolls and rice really filled us up and we left extremely satisfied. I would definitely return here.

    To Try:
    Michael Roll
    Benjamin Roll
    Sanderlin Roll
    Ninja Roll
    Dragon Roll
    Angry Dragon Roll
    Black Dragon Roll
    Scorpion Roll

    Loved:
    - Chicken Fried Rice

    Liked:
    - Hawaii Roll
    - Fire Roll (without wasabi mayo)

I ordered their spicy tuna and spicy yellowtail for lunch without the crunch and it was all sauce, you couldn't even see the pieces of fish.  Both rolls looked and taste md the same since it was all sauce.  The rice barely covered the seaweed, some of the spicy yellowtail tasted and smelled like it was old and turning.  After a few pieces of those 2 rolls, I left and headed to Houston's for a ribeye.

Service was good and beer prices were very reasonable.

Delicious meal! We had the Black Dragon roll and the Chicken Fried Rice. Both were very good. But the real star of the show was the sushi appetizer they brought us free of charge - I think it was the Holiday roll. Incredible!!

Place was clean. Service was great! Price of fried rice was great (huge portion), but the sushi roll seemed a little pricey for what it was.
